2026 Conference Themes
Clarity in Complexity: Connection through Communication
Our world is becoming increasingly complex - technologically, culturally, and professionally. In this environment, the ultimate value a language coach provides is clarity; not through instruction but through the art of communication.
This conference is for the coach who is ready to master the skills of authentic communication, lifelong learning, and impactful leadership in a complex world.
Clarity in Communication
How do coaches create clarity?
This strand is for practical and interactive workshops that demonstrate HOW you create clarity through and in your communication and coaching practice. Proposals should ground the approach in evidence (learning science, psychology, pedagogy/adult learning) and show how to help clients learn, stay motivated, and create real change.
Clarity Within
How do coaches stay clear on the inside?
This strand is about the coach’s inner world - awareness, reflection, and personal sustainability. We’re looking for workshops that help coaches build inner clarity, resilience, and emotional agility so they can navigate uncertainty without losing themselves. Sessions may explore mindset, reflective practices, self-awareness tools, boundaries, or wellbeing habits that support long-term professional growth.
Clarity for Leaders
How do language and communication coaches influence change at the organizational level?
This strand is for coaches who support leaders or teams. We’re looking for sessions that show how communication coaching becomes a strategic asset: shaping clear messaging, guiding high-stakes conversations, and improving how leaders connect with their people. Workshops may explore positioning, navigating executive environments, and shifting from “language helper” to trusted communication advisor.
Clarity Through Technology
How do we use technology without losing the human connection?
This strand is for workshops that show practical, intentional use of tools like AI to enhance coaching, not replace it. We’re looking for sessions that demonstrate how technology can personalize learning, streamline admin tasks, reveal insights from data, and free the coach to focus on what matters most - the human relationship.
